Bearstar and Earth 2: Truth and Lies-The Sharpshooter
Bearstar and Earth is a show aimed at kids aged 7 to 10, with the aim to guide them on the path of critical thinking and philosophical thought. From listening, understanding, to thinking, the show fosters the children to put thought into everything around them. Through the adventures of Bearstar throughout the different episodes, the show leads children to discern righteousness from evil, poverty and wealth, science and morality, among other philosophical topics.
To compel children to answer their own thoughts truthfully, the show will also arrange for the children in-camera to have a candid conversation with teachers off-camera, to explore individual thought and search for real and truthful answers.
Apart from the great show setting and structure, the show also features Taiwan’s first show to be filmed in UHD (Ultra High Definition), allowing for the seamless fusion of a stage production with TV show aesthetics. The 4K equipment also pampers TV audiences with a sharp and crisp visual experience, not to mention the Unity Engine-powered live animation technology. The 16 PIR motion sensors (Passive Infrared Sensors) can capture motion from actors and actresses through sensors on their bodies. This creates a realistic visual treat for children audiences, and unlocks the potential of mass and efficient production of animation content for TV.
Truth and Lies – The Sharpshooter
The Bear King sends Little Black Bear to join the annual archery competition. Competitors from across the universe are all very strong archers, so Space Bear No.3 sends a magical chocolate to Little Black Bear from Earth, with the hope that Little Black Bear can win the competition, and receive a year’s worth of free solar power for Bearstar. However, Little Black Bear was disappointed to find out that his sister Little White Bear could not join the competition, so he decided to pretend to be sick, and give his opportunity to Little White Bear. However, the glory and energy needs of Bearstar is at stake, and seeing that Little White Bear’s archery skills are not getting any better, will Little Black Bear tell the truth? Or should he hide his secret and struggle with the guilt?
