Experiencing Interruptions?

Baggage

I’m excited to share Baggage with you—a short film about the things we carry with us and how our stories connect and fit with each other.
We often hear “baggage” used in a negative way, but in this film, I wanted to show it differently. Baggage isn’t just about past wounds or trauma—it’s about all the moments that have stuck to us, the memories, the objects, the experiences that shape who we are. It’s the books we’ve read, the music that moves us, the funny old sweaters and broken mugs we hold onto for reasons we might not even fully understand.
Through the journey of our protagonist—who quite literally carries her belongings with her—we see how everyone around her has their own baggage too. And when she collides with a stranger, their stories start to unfold and intertwine. It’s a reminder that our past isn’t something weighing us down—it’s what makes us who we are, and sometimes, it even brings us to exactly where we need to be.
At its core, Baggage is about connection, nostalgia, and the quiet beauty of shared moments. I hope this film makes you reflect on the things you carry, smile at the memories that have shaped you, and maybe even see your own “baggage” in a new light.
Thank you, and I hope you enjoy Baggage.
