Wilson MISAGO is a Rwandan content Creator, writer and producer who works both in film and television, born on December 14, 1985. Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business administration in 2010 at school of Finance and Banking, he has been appointed the Managing Director of Inyarwanda Ltd, an arts and entertainment company known as promoting culture and arts in Rwanda.
In 2013 he switched the career to filmmaking to pursue his long time passion. As self-taught screenwriter, he created and Produce the hit sitcom Inshuti (Friends) which aired on TV 10 Rwanda, the first ever TV series to be produced locally. The sitcom was also released on YouTube to rave reviews. In 2015, he created and Produced SEBURIKOKO for Rwanda Television which is a 15 minutes Comedy series and it became the most popular tv show in Rwanda. Currently is still airing on Rwanda television.
In 2014 Misago Created and Produced another Drama Tv series ‘’ City maid’’ series aired on Rwanda television too. In 2017, he wrote and directed ‘’ Little skater’’ a short film Produced during the Rwanda – German Media Project Master class on doc fiction.
In 2017 he becomes the Managing Director of AFRIFAME LTD, An Audiovisual Company dealing with Tv content Production and Photography Services. He is also co-writing on both City Maid and Seburikoko Tv series
Currently Wilson MISAGO is the Founder of the first ever Rwanda Subscription on demand platform that Broadcasting Rwanda Movies called ZACUTV.
