BLOOD BOX
BLOOD BOX is a visceral short film about the quiet war we fight inside our own minds. Inspired by real experiences with PTSD and mental health struggles, this story is a reflection of that pain. A metaphor and physical representation of what it feels like when our words and thoughts fail us.

Joshua Raley is a U.S. Navy veteran turned filmmaker, musician, and storyteller whose work confronts the silent wars waged inside the human mind. After being diagnosed with PTSD, Raley channeled his experience into art. He uses film and music not as escape, but as exorcism.
Graduating Radio/Television/Film School at Austin Community College in Summer 2025, Raley writes, directs, and scores deeply personal projects that blend cinematic grit with raw emotional truth. His artistic persona, TECHNICIAN, bridges worlds: combining dark electronic tones, cinematic visuals, and soul-infused narrative into an immersive style that is both visceral and haunting.
To those who face demons, words are powerful tools.
