Private Project

BILL JOHNSON

Former intelligence operative Bill Johnson boards the luxury cruise ship Elysium for an exclusive voyage to the mysterious island of Arcadia. Among the guests is Kathy, the woman he lost ten years ago, giving him one last chance to repair what his secret life destroyed.

When armed raiders seize control of the ship in the middle of the night, Bill discovers the attack is not piracy but part of a carefully planned operation tied to powerful interests hidden behind Arcadia. As passengers are hunted and communications are cut off, he is forced back into the world he tried to leave behind.

After a devastating personal loss, Bill leads a desperate fight for survival that takes him from the decks of the Elysium to the hidden compounds of Arcadia, where a conspiracy involving murder, corruption, and political manipulation reaches far beyond the island itself.

To stop those responsible, Bill must confront both the enemies before him and the life that cost him everything.

Writer Statement

I am drawn to stories about ordinary people trapped inside extraordinary situations. My screenplays often begin with a simple human question and slowly uncover larger mysteries, corruption, or emotional truths beneath the surface. BILL JOHNSON is about guilt, silence, and the price of looking away. Like most human beings, the characters convince themselves they are in control right up until reality walks in and rearranges the furniture with a crowbar.
