Veteran Marine, Franny Malloy, returns home from Afghanistan to his Bronx neighborhood. Franny is tormented by PTSD and demons from his past. Battling self-destructive behaviors, his only hope is in former Marine turned Columbia University PTSD Psychologist, Sarge, played by Michael Imperioli. His struggle to survive is amplified when he is thrust into an underground fight club & drug syndicate controlled by Carlo, a powerful organized crime boss. As he combats PTSD, neighborhood friends and loyalties, Franny Malloy finds himself in a fight to save his life and put an end to a past that continues to haunt him.
