A very dark & short story

My homage to the dark mood and vibrant tension of classic American crime novels of the late 1940s - condensed into a single scene in the style of "film noir". Hard and contrasty drawn 2D/3D animation, as a personal project.

Director Statement

After successful years as an independent art & creative director with my own companies, I began to explore the moving image format in 2017. I'm excited about the creative and narrative freedom of expression I've gained, which ideally complements the scope of my core competencies - conception, storytelling and illustration. Since 2018, I have been working freelance as a 2d animator and motion designer.
