Best Philly Filmmaker
Brian McCole aspired from the age of 6 to be a filmmaker: Writer, Actor and Director. It wasn't seeing STAR WARS, as with many of his peers, but seeing THE MAKING OF STAR WARS that had him hooked. While studying theater in college, Brian played the greatest stage role ever, that of Big Bird at Sesame Place. After college, Brian toured the East Coast as an actor in numerous rep roles. In 1995, Brian made his way to Hollywood where he worked in the film industry for 13 years, working both behind the camera and behind the microphone, doing voice work for a number of successful video games. In 2008, Brian returned to Philly, where he resumed his work on the stage behind the scenes, all the while developing his own independent films. The COVID pandemic caused numerous delays, but he is finally back on track with his three short films, "Tiger Hunt," "Astronaut," and "Ambush," as well as his developing feature DULL SPACE.
No astronauts were harmed in the making of this motion picture.
