Armin Amiri is an Iranian American artist born in Tehran. At the age of 13, he left Iran for Istanbul, then Vienna, Austria where he sought political asylum. He studied acting at ACT Conservatory then moved to New York City where he found success as an actor. His many film credits include THE FACTORY GIRL, THE WRESTLER, RESERVATION ROAD, THE PROMISE and most recently THE NIGHT in which he plays the dual role of actor/producer making it the first film to be released under the banner of his production company, Supernova8 films productions. Armin Amiri makes his directorial debut with the film Dear Albert.
