Lista Calista Films is a collaboration between writer & producer Armando Bautista García and writer & director Itandehui Jansen. Both are Mexican filmmakers with Indigenous heritage, based in the UK. Both have participated in a variety of film development programmes such as the Binger Film Lab, the Torino Film Lab, Cine Qua Non Lab, and Berlinale Talents.
