Temple guards have arrested the Nazarene teacher in a midnight raid at Gethsemane.

​The Pharisees and the Sanhedrin facilitated the operation, issuing the warrant to remove the figure before the Passover crowds could rally.

Guided by an informant, armed forces took the prisoner into custody without incident.

​Citing concerns over blasphemy and civil unrest, the religious leadership has now transferred the prisoner to the Antonia Fortress. They are expected to petition the Governor for a formal Roman sentence as Passover pilgrims begin to gather. The city remains under heavy guard as the morning proceedings begin.

The Pharisees provided the religious and social justification for the arrest of Jesus.

Following the destruction of the Temple, the movement underwent a profound transformation, ultimately evolving into the foundation of modern Judaism.

The Gospel of Mark.
Written: Approximately 65 to 70 AD

The ​INCIDENT REPORT was as follows...

Subject was a male adult. No record of birth or early life on file. Report begins at the Jordan River. Subject performed various public acts and was arrested for sedition.

Subject was executed by Roman authorities via crucifixion. Death was confirmed. Body was released to a third party and placed in a stone tomb. A heavy stone was used to seal the entrance.

Three days post-execution, three female witnesses arrived at the site at dawn. Upon arrival, they discovered the stone had been moved from the entrance.

The tomb was inspected. The interior was vacant. There was no sign of the subject’s body. No evidence of struggle or grave robbery was noted.

The witnesses were overcome by a state of shock and trembling. The sight of the empty tomb caused immediate panic. Records indicate the women fled the scene instantly.

It came to pass
I heard the voice of our Lord
And He said unto me...

"You have heard it said, 'An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth,' but I say to you: who among you has gained sight by making the world blind? You seek a holy ground, but do you not know that the only ground truly holy is the heart of your brother?

​Do not look for me in the councils of the mighty or the strategy of the sword. I am found in the rubble of the house that has fallen. I am found in the cry of the child who does not know the name of the nation that fired the shot. If you strike your neighbor, you strike my own flesh.

​Put away the steel. For the wall you build to keep out your enemy is the same wall that imprisons your own soul. You cry out for justice, but justice without mercy is a fire that consumes the house it meant to warm."

Then Jesus said for me...

"Use your moving images not just to document the fire that consumes, but to offer the water that dowses it.

You have seen the ruins and heard the cries. Now, lay down the lens and the sword alike. Go to the one you have named 'enemy' and seek your own face in theirs. Do not merely speak of mercy—be the hand that rebuilds what the fire consumed. Your soul is freed only when you set your brother free. Go now, and walk upon the holy ground of the heart.

​I do not ask you to love the oppression; I ask you to refuse to let the oppressor dictate the shape of your soul."

This is one tall order my Lord for the hatred in my heart for the oppressor knows no bounds.
