Qualifying as a classical ballet teacher at the age of 15, Annarie has spent more than twenty years working and supporting the dance arena as performer, choreographer and coach.
She ran the successful competition company 'Annarie Dance' for a number of years - working with pre-professional students as they prepared for dance grand prix performances in Italy, Spain and the Czech Republic.
Her work has allowed her the opportunity to work on dance outreach programs for gifted students in the Caribbean and has resulted in performance partnerships with The Cuban National Ballet and Juilliard Dance.
She has directed dance, musical theatre and dramatic performances for stage and competition.
Since 2014 her focus has shifted to film, with credits in several blockbuster and independent films to date. These days she coaches promising dancers and performers around her production commitments.

Annarie holds teaching qualifications with The Royal Academy of Dance and International Dance Teachers Association, alongside her bachelors degree in performing arts with film. While in London, she has studied with Identity School of Acting and has completed the certificate in film production with Raindance.

Annarie has won international awards for choreography, performance and artistic direction.
