Kayra Aydin is a promising director, writer, and cinematographer. He was born in Istanbul, Turkey. He has had an interest in making short films since he was 12. His love for making films led him to study cinema. He is studying Radio, Television, and Film with a full scholarship at Istanbul Bilgi University (2021-2025). He's known for the music video "Risin-Kibir" and his first festival attending short feature film "Animals". He's won his first-ever award, "Best National Short" at Anatolia International Film Festival, with "Animals".
