Director Statement

My intention in making And You Are...? is to shine a big light of love on these two very marginalized communities: Our elderly and our LGBTQ+ youth. We are not as different as people would like to think. We all want to be accepted as we are, and we are all deserving of love for who we are. If I can do that, I feel And You Are...? will open hearts and open minds and we can all embrace our elderly and LGBTQ+ loved ones with the respect, compassion, and love everyone deserves.
