Film director, photographer and film critic active in the cultural scene of Turin, Italy.
Zatch begins his artistic journey at a young age with his first interest in photography, video editing and the discipline of parkour, through which he has the opportunity to develop a singular look on the world and the geometries that surround him. After his graduation from the Liceo Artistico Statale Renato Cottini (2020-2021), Zatch experiences his first contacts with the art of cinema by watching silent films that introduce him to the visual poetics of the medium. Driven by his growing passion for the theoretical and practical sides of the subject, in 2023 Zatch writes, directs and photographs his first independent short film: Qualunque uomo. His work was screened at international and local film festivals. Since 2024, Zatch has been working as a critic and cultural communicator for Strade Perdute, a young film magazine dedicated to promoting a local film culture. He is now working on the distribution of his second and third film Althea (2025) and Fiori di Campo (2026).
