Director Biography - Arek Zasowski

Arek Zasowski is a four-time Telly Award–winning Polish-born, UK-based actor, talk show host, film director, producer, and VFX & 3D animation artist.

His work has aired on Canadian cable TV, streamed internationally on Shorts Daily Roku TV, and screened at world-class venues including TCL Chinese Theatres (Hollywood), Cinemark (Culver City), Regal Sherman Oaks (Los Angeles), and Las Vegas during multiple film festivals.

Creator and host of Actors by Actors Show—winner of three Telly Awards—Zasowski has earned recognition at prestigious festivals in Hollywood, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Toronto, Sydney, and beyond.

Past credits include It’s Non-Emergency!, Chinese Angel, The Cure, Alone Apart, and It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere.

Director Statement

I am delighted to team up with Maegan Coker and Pat Ceasar to work on this short comedy which was inspired by true life events i.e. millions of people around the world living under a lockdown during the 2020 Corona Virus pandemic. The characters are fictitious, however, the situation they find themselves surrounded with is true.
