He is also the founder and manager of AU, an art gallery and open experimental space, and a co-founder of the arts and culture association LINE IN. In addition to his cultural organizing work, Maldoror makes avant-garde, experimental, and underground films, music videos, and graphic design. In "Alien in My Cornfield," a farmer proudly introduces us to his property in Sido-style ("My farm, my animals, my truck"). One day, while working in his cornfield, he notices mysterious glowing light circles that suggest something more frightening to come. In a panic, he rushes home to get his weapon, only to encounter an extraterrestrial apparition upon his return to the cornfield. Without hesitation, he shoots and disposes of the alien, who turns out to be his green-skinned counterpart. This can be interpreted as a critique of xenophobia and self-harm through an egocentric worldview. However, the final scene shows the farmer suffering from multiple personality disorder, as he kills "Alien" in the cornfield outside. Instead of killing the intruder, he actually kills himself.
The video is a satirical take on the American farmer stereotype and his relationship with extraterrestrial life. The farmer is shown as a gun-toting, paranoid figure who is quick to attack anything he perceives as a threat. The review praises the video's use of humor and irony to criticize „the toxic“ aspects of American culture, such as xenophobia and the glorification of guns. Overall, the review views the video as a smart and entertaining critique of American society.
