Director Biography - Senie Priti

Senie Priti is a filmmaker and producer. She grew up certain she'd be an actor one day, and although that's where she got her start in the industry, she eventually found her way behind the camera and never looked back.

Alba is her first short film as a director. It premiered at Flickerfest, where it received an Honourable Mention by the Jury for Most Outstanding Emerging Female Director. The film was also nominated at St Kilda Film Festival (2022) for Best Actress and Best Actor.

She is currently writing her follow up short film, Lobster Traps and developing several more shorts and longer form narrative pieces.
