A little dwarf lives in Serioustown and there nobody wants to play with him because they do not have time. So then he comes to Jokingtown and it all looks fantastic - everyone is joking, jumping and playing. However, soon it becomes clear that even there is not all that extraordinary. At the end, a little dwarf finds a solution.
