Adda
Adda is a modern-day fable about Bangaliyana. Set in the sleepy metropolis of Kolkata, the film is about two naughty angels, Black and White, who come down to Earth and spy in on the lives of four childhood friends, an aging Jadavpur University professor, a struggling actress, and a self-righteous journalist.

Devayush Chowdhary is an independent filmmaker best known for writing and directing his debut feature film Adda starring Bengali screen legends Soumitra Chatterjee and Sabyasachi Chakraborty.
Devayush is a graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and assisted several notable filmmakers like Rituporno Ghosh, Anurag Kashyap, and Kaushik Ganguly before making his debut film. He also dabbles in film criticism from time to time and has written for several publications such as The Telegraph (Kolkata), Highonfilms.com, and TheCitizen.in as a guest columnist.
Kolkata is not a place, it is an emotion. And 'Adda' is that emotion captured in 24 frames per second.
