Director Biography - Cassiana Maranha

A Brazilian/Portuguese director and screenwriter. She draws from a variety of international study experiences as the seminar Story with Robert Mckee, Alan Myerson’s workshop in Maine Media and recently graduated with a Master of Fine Arts in Directing at Kino Eyes, a European program supported by Erasmus+. Her short “Valentino” has been selected for more than 20 festivals in Brazil, USA, Europe and India. She is currently based in Lisbon and works as Script Consultant to the acclaimed Portuguese director João Canijo on his upcoming project.
