Director Biography - Ken Sons

Ken Sons lives in Sarasota and has been a nationally touring comedian for 35 years. He has produced 4 feature documentaries.

KNUCKLEBALL tells the story of comedian Brett Leake as he balances his muscular dystrophy while touring the country,

SPECIAL O’LAUGHICS which follows the story of ten mentally challenged adults as they follow their dream to become stand up comedians.

TOYLAND that takes you behind the scenes of the high stakes world of the 22 billion dollar toy industry.

He just completed the short documentary, A LEAP OF TRUTH in 2024.

He has directed and starred in commercials throughout the years and also produced and directed a stand up comedy series for cable television called THE COMEDY CATCH.

He still tours as a comedian and performs at fund raising events throughout the country.
