Director Biography - Livio Fornoni

Livio Fornoni (born 1979) is co-founder of his own association “Altra Civiltà”, with the goal to produce experimental videos and documentaries.

Between 2008 and 2010 Livio Fornoni worked as a volunteer in Papua New Guinea, living in harness with local tribes. This experience is documented in the movies "Altra Civiltà Expedition in New Guinea" (2008), and "Reportage from Chimbu" (2010).

He also lived in New York between 2012 and 2014, filming the most degraded suburbs of NYC, New Jersey and Philadelphia for an upcoming documentary.
