El Hueco en la Pared (The Hole In The Wall)

The hole in the wall is a mammal between Antonio and María. Antonio is looking to become independent but María is afraid that her son will step aside. Both will have to find a way to get closer in the middle of unlikely events and detach themselves from the illusion of the hole in the wall.

Director Biography - José Daniel Cerdas Piedra

José Daniel Cerdas is a Costa Rican filmmaker. His first short documentary, Sleeplessnes was selected in the Centroamerican Ícaro Festival in 2018, the Costa Rica International Film Festival in 2019 and won Best Costa Rican Short Film in Lúdico Shortfilm Festival in 2019. José Daniel was part of La Guarimba Film Residency located in Italy in 2019. He also served as co-cinematographer on the short film Moon Landing, a short film selected at the Costa Rica International Film Festival 2020 and 2020 Shnit Shortfilm Festival. The Hole In The Wall is his first fiction shortfilm.
