Dana's Story
After the imprisonment of her father, a young girl is forced into human trafficking...her mother brokers the deal.
Based on a true story, the film is an adaptation of A.L. Smith's critically acclaimed novel "Behind Closed Doors". The film depicts the harsh realities of the sex trafficking industry.
"Smith’s voice is both sturdy and elegant, delivering blunt, edgy prose that’s never lurid...an uncompromising but profound urban tale from an incisive author"---Kirkus
