Ang Wilson: your man at the scene
This mockumentary series follows a hopeful reporter's quest to make it in the freelance news world.
With news websites dominated by clickbait and stories ‘fleshed out’ over 140 characters, a new path to notoriety has been laid within the fourth estate. Quality has been mauled by quantity and a canny operator could really make a name for himself in this story hungry, ‘post-truth’ environment.
The series takes aim at the growing intersection of journalism and the pursuit of fame.
If Spinal Tap and Frontline had a baby, Ang Wilson: Your Man At The Scene might be its cousin.
