Director Statement

When I was kid, I flew the Millennium Falcon, searched for the Ark of the Covenant, busted a few ghosts, and accidentally fed a Mogwai after midnight. I grew up in the 80s and 90s, and that wonderfully imaginative era of filmmaking played a major role in shaping me into the filmmaker I am today. I believe in action, adventure, old Hollywood romance, and MacGuffins. I believe in people who talk like people, but maybe a little more artfully than most. I believe in shining knights and anti-heros. Most of all, though, I believe that movies should be fun and entertaining, and maybe--just maybe--leave you with something to think about when the lights come up.
