How I graduated college at 17 but finished high school at 18?

Sean Chen wrote in his 2nd grade homework, "I want to direct movies and live in Beverley Hills". A surprising goal for an 8 year old, but not too surprising for someone who just finished his first TV public Service Announcement commercial the year before.

In the next few years, Sean's career goal will seem to have taken a different turn, despite starring in a Burger King commercial and publishing his first youtube video teaching people how to sync their ipod both at the age of 9. The new Sean Chen developed a passion for computers. He became a Microsoft Certified Professional at age 11 and became the world's youngest Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist when he passed "Window Vista, client configuration". He got his CompTIA A+ at 12 and CTT+ certification at 12. When he was finally old enough to take the Microsoft office exam at 13, he passed on his birthday. He became the world's youngest Microsoft Certified Office Master 2 months later. This may sound like a Science Fiction tale, but it is true. Sean then passed the Adobe Photoshop Certification at 13 and became California's 3rd Certified Adobe Educator.

Despite his busy school work and non-stop self study on new softwares, Sean was also featured in the 2012 Cisco Commercial "Built for NBA" while still in middle school. In high school, Sean attended 4 years of Marching Band, joined ASB, and graduated high school at the same time he completed his Associate of Arts degree at Irvine Valley College.

Before attending University of California, Irvine in 2016, Sean visited Taiwan and China and Europe. The changes he saw moved him. With support from the Skills Enrichment Learning Foundation, he directed "Let's stop doomsday!" There may not be much one person can do, but if we don't try, we would still be living in Stoneage.
