An artistic and documentary record of a low-tech multimedia visual art project based on last great flood of the Madeira River images.From the first exhibition inside South Amazon, the show discusses about impact on the lives of the Porto Velho City borders communities, affected by hydroelectric power plants recently installed in the region.

Director Biography - JOESÉR ALVAREZ

Born in Rio de Janeiro,RJ, 1962. Lives and works in the Amazon (Rondonia) since 1982. Creator and Collective Coordinator Madeirista, and Coordinator of ACME Culture Points, operates mainly in the following themes: net.art, network, and film digital video, urban interventions, site specific, performance, photography, literature, engraving, graphic design, ceramics, artivism, intangible heritage and cultural production.
