Quarter Finalist
During my 30 year law enforcement career I was a staff writer of articles and stories for police periodicals and published an award winning novel. But it was the Gotham Writers Workshop and private tutors that gave me insight as a screenwriter.
I've placed as a Finalist in WriteMovies32, and Quarter Finalist in BlueCat and StoryPros contests. I am a member of the Organization of Black Writers.
I have faithfully served the city of San Diego for more than 30 years as a professional law enforcement officer. In the interim I have published numerous articles in the SDPD and SDPOA publications.
In 2007 I authored a gang/cops story which became an AWARD WINNING NOVEL. I have studied screenwriting and completed the Gotham Writers Workshop online screenwriting course with the talented instructor/writer, Tal McThenia, as well as several tutor sessions and workshops with noteable writing instructors.
My objective is to have a script writing position that will enable me to contribute to the creative development of a vast variety of television shows and blockbuster movies.
