Based on three songs from the cycle "Dichterliebe" by Robert Schumann, settings based on poems by Heinrich Heine, three songs are translated into small films.
The respective song can be heard among the mute pictures.
All three songs / films are about different forms of love.
The imagery refers to the narrative language of early film.
