What shallow values or cravings forces humans to want and have “material” effects? Are we, as a species, on the right track? With the greed of a Government and the selfishness of Corporate America, an idea goes horribly wrong, leaving humanity to pay the ultimate price. With very little time left, Luke finds himself at a small deserted market in search of people to share his last minutes with. He finds Justyna in the back, crying. He realizes that she is not what he was looking for and by talking with her; triggers thoughts about the meaning of his life. With a sweeping retrospect of who we are, what we really are achieving as mankind and with a bitter balance, Luke conjures up thoughts of the past, what the future may hold as he embraces his life and waits for the end.
