Director Biography - Glenn Conner Johnson (co-director), Barbara Nell Beery (codirector)

Prior to forming Pacific Creative Media as well as co-creating NELL PRODUCTIONS in collaboration with Barbara Nell Beery (CO-DIRECTOR, WRITER/PRODUCER of Tea & Therapy), Glenn Conner Johnson was a staff producer at Marvel Productions. His assignments included production of several episodes for the syndicated series, "Defenders of the Earth" (65 half hour shows), the Main Title for the series and the 90 minute feature version for Home Video. As an episode producer, Mr. Johnson was responsible for supervising storyboard development and supervision of soundtrack mixing. Additionally, he ran his own production company for several years, writing, directing and producing film and video for television (commercials, documentaries, behind-the-scenes featurettes, title sequences ) and for business and industry. His clients included: Home Box Office, Walt Disney Media, The Children's Television Workshop ("Sesame Street" and "The Electric Company"), Capt. Kangaroo, Ford Motor Company, Nissan Motor Corporation in USA and Young & Rubicam, Inc. This versatile talent has worked with performers such as Paul Newman, Jerry Lewis, Eve Arden, Quincy Jones, Stan Kenton, Alan Young.

Co-Director: BARBARA NELL BEERY

Barbara Nell Beery received a Film Grant from the American Film Institute, and is well-known and respected in both the theater and film community as a screenwriter, playwright, producer and director. She has worked extensively with co-director Glenn Conner Johnson on film and stage projects as a writer and associate producer, including: Shrinking Violet and Ramblin' Rose, The In Crowd, Do You Smell Autumn In The Air?, and an extensive list of award-winning Industrial Films with a theatrical twist. (Clients noted in Mr. Johnson's credits.) She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Film from Loyola University. This is her first time co-directing with Mr. Johnson and she looks forward to using Tea & Therapy to launch a feature length film with her co-director under the Nell Productions banner.

Barbara Nell Beery: From storyboard to fine tuning the editing, what an amazing, inspiring, creative process it is to work with Glenn. I am grateful for his invitation to co-direct Tea & Therapy and I look forward to future projects with the talented Mr. Johnson.
