Director Biography - Luigi Moreno Barragán

Mexican-Colombian filmmaker, raised in León, Guanajuato. Crazy for food, but mostly for films. As a kid he made his first movies with his toys as actors. He studied cinema in Mexico and Spain.

With his previous film Dragon (2016), he had a warm reception that led him to share it around several International FIlm Festivals, including Festival de Cannes and the Official Selection of Guanajuato International Film Festival (GIFF).

With The Time Traveler, he starts a new chapter with a team 100% from Guanajuato, producing for the 1st time and sharing a story that hols the same childlike awe that made Dragon popular. Only this time, he digs deeper emotionally and paints a thin line between reality and fiction.
