Director Statement

Our motivation is to redirect society’s focus; to elicit a debate, and inspire relevant stakeholders to act to protect, sensitize, and rehabilitate these young women. Society has turned a blind eye to the alarming rate at which the values of parenting are rapidly being eroded, as sex-labor (oftentimes, underage) is used to sustain many households these days. The growth of social media has made the trade more sophisticated and more difficult to define. The health risks are undeniable – HIV and STDs. Advocacy groups need to step in, and help the Government reorganize its priorities.
