EISODUS

A skiers reflection from a melting reality. We follow Bodhis monologue towards enlightenment between the cityscapes and grand mountains. When finally coming to the conclusion that what is needed is an open mind, a belief and understanding in more than the actual.

Director Statement

"Eisodus" is more than just a filmtitle, it is a project. A project we call "Project Dog Valley", which was the working title when we initiated the project late in October of 2016. We came to the conclusion that we wanted to open a more humble approach for the discussion about the climate change and the role of humans in nature. To tell this story was the main goal. But we also wanted to show how you can travel by train from a big city in skiboots, sleep one night on the train and then wake up in a grand, white and beautiful mountain area. We follow Bodhis monologue in the movie and how he ends up with the conclusion to make his own decision. We hope we can inspire people watching the film to do the same.
