Jordan L. Riley was born on February 2, 1994 in San Diego, California. At an early age, Riley began filming and making short movies with his father's camera. Over the years, he constantly writes and films striving to make the impossible, possible.
As seen in his more recent films, Riley was heavily influenced by the Science-Fiction saga Star Wars. After seeing George Lucas' space saga it gave birth to Riley's passion for original storytelling. He is a visionary filmmaker with incredible promise that is waiting to erupt for his future films for the world to witness in the years to come.
Filmmaking is one of the most powerful weapons we have on the planet. The way we can use film to inspire or bring awareness to certain topics or even connects someone's soul through the emotions it can produce is a great resource to have for the world to see. One specific area I focus on writing, is to have strong female leads in all my screenplays because I want to bring attention to gender equalities in the film environment. I write these strong female characters because I want to reach the audience, particular to educate young girls that women can be strong too.
Being apart of this new generation of up-and-coming filmmakers, I continue to strive to help reshape the future film industry and become a beacon to inspire future generations to change these gender constrictions.
