Born and raised in The Bronx, James began to study Acting at the Lincoln Center campus of Fordham University. In addition, he was introduced to Screenwriting while attending Fordham and later on continued to learn more about the craft at New York University.
James has been tirelessly working on numerous independent projects as well as had appearances on dozens of television shows, feature films, and syndicated commercials. In addition, he's taken roles on stage throughout the off-off-Broadway theater circuit and even performed stand-up at the infamous Caroline's on Broadway.
In 2013, James published his first book, "Something and Nothing at All" and followed up with the 2016 sequel, "More of the Same Crap".
Today, James continues to nurture his Acting and Writing crafts, and also Produces his own YouTube Series, "Section420: Talkin' Yankees". In the Winter of 2016, James began working on his directorial debut of a film he wrote and produced, "Adult Humans".
This is a film which allows a curious observer to take peek into the mind of ordinary humans during one afternoon who will determine whether or not a dog will be adopted as a lovable pet or euthanized into obscurity.
