Jacob Mballa Etoa, 75 years old, a retired French teacher from Yaounde, finds life hard to live following the death of his wife, victim of a stroke. With a complicated relationship with his children, Mballa Etoa feels left alone after the death of his wife and turns toward suicide as the only doorway in seeing her once again. His suicidal tendencies are halted when he meets a beautiful young lady in her twenties, Sa'adatu Ousmane. For a while, he feels like loving again until reality hits him hard.

Achille Brice was born on April 9, 1984 in Buea, Cameroon. Before getting into Filmmaking, Achille has been a recording artist. He has a post production credit (editor) of over 10 short films, 10 feature films, 5 music videos and 8 TV commercials. He has worked in Cameroon, Nigeria, South Africa and in Germany as an independent freelance filmmaker. He is a Berlinale and a Durban Talent Campus alumni and a grant holder with the Akademie Schloss Solitude. He has directed 2 films. His debut was a feature film entitled “Obsession” and later he went on to direct his first successful short film entitled “I.C.U”. 2015 saw another short film project entitled - FAKEH. Achille Brice is the Festival Director of - ArtCity Short Film Festival, Buea - Cameroon.
Film is life and telling stories, not only to entertain and watch, but telling stories that can stand the test of time. Film is the Art Form for me.
