Director Biography - Ryan Blackwell

Ryan is a writer, director, editor, vfx artist, and actor. Basically whatever part of storytelling he can convince people to let him do. Previous directing includes the web series 47 Secrets to a Younger You (Best Director, Brooklyn Web Fest; Best Web Series, Katra Film Series), and two pieces for Sonnet Project NYC. As an actor he's been seen in "I Love You, But I Lied", "Onion News Network", "The Following", and "Gossip Girl". He lives in Brooklyn with his beautiful wife.

Futureboy is my largest personal project to date. I've been overwhelmed by the number and caliber of people who have leant their talents to it, and am enormously grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way.
