An independent 8' short film "1010" is located in Australia. Sequences of mirroring society in modern city life, free will and pristine rough nature combined with gliding in present moment on glassy waves of Queensland and New South Wales.

Director Biography - Mario Milosevic

Born in Slovenia, studied Maritime Engineering, in which he holds a MA degree in Ljubljana and Lisbon. He works as producer, and freelancing as a PA/PC. Currently, he lives in Lisbon, Portugal.

In 2016 he started as a catering department manager and location assistant, then freelancing as a PA with a global service production crews, learning on new skills and all-around workflow. He had an opportunity to work on sets for various commercials in Slovenia, Italy, Austria and Croatia (BMW, KIA, Meta, Rayban, Netflix (The Witcher) and others. While living in New Zealand and Australia between 2019 and 2023, he cooperated with Aussie crew (unit project manager) on a independent short called "Erzi" (2023) (Written & Dir. by Kailani D'Amour and Tin Huyen Pham) in Brisbane, Queensland. During pandemic he worked on corporative commercials with his sister Megi Milosevic, experienced director at her Magnetizm video agency.

He shares his passions about cultures, people, nature, sports and traveling during the last decade. Therefore, he wrote, produced and directed his first short independent film in Australia, called "1010" last year together with a Slovenian friend from Brisbane, Marko Jurisic (photographer and drone operator).

Mario runs an independent video production company based in Lisbon, producing video content for small to mid-size companies and creating real estate showreels and stills.
