Secrets of Memory

I'm a filmmaker based in Brazil with more than 24 years of experience in the audiovisual market. Started as video editor and passed for many different functions on set and television.

In 2016 I began color grade some projects and in 2021 I was short-listed for the International Colorist Awards prize. In 2022 I was nominated finalist of the same prize.

For the last 5 years I've being working as director and director of photography in many areas like publicity, music videos, fashion films, documentaries and etc.

In 2022 I started my first movie project, the short-film called Secrets of Memory. I wrote it with my wife Aline Muratore and than in the begin of 2023 we started the production phase.

I was directing and doing the cinematography and I had some friends with me for the entire 8 days of production. After that, we had 5 months of post-production where I did the editing, color grading and finishing proccess. I had 2 friends doing the VFX and another one doing the sound post-production.

The total cost of the project, including pre-production, production and post-production, was less than $250.00. For now, we are trying to run in some festivals and preparing a premiere for the movie.

For my next step, I'm already working in the feature movie version of Secrets of Memory and writing a new Thriller/Horror movie with my wife.
