We live in a world where two or more individuals can work on the same document in real-time, in other words, be in the same virtual place at the same time even though they're physically apart.
For example, with platforms like Google Drive, we can share a word document with other people, write together or make changes in the text at the same time. In this word document, we can see others writing and making these changes at the same time, and they can also see our work in real-time. It is also possible to keep a conversation with multiple people, draw, etc.

Now imagine that it is not a Google Word Document, but a film that the audience is watching online. In this film, the main character (or actress) mentions she is working on an A.I. and we can see her working on this new software, on her laptop.
At a certain moment in the film, this A.I. indicates that there's a malfunction and asks the viewer(s) to interact on their keyboard or mouse.

The viewer is now the user, and every interaction will cause a reaction on our actress performance, filmed in multiple shots recorded before the film is edited. Different users would see different reactions depending on their choices inside this software, and it even might receive repeated reactions, but what appears written on the software is always new.
The actress chosen is only an entertaining distraction in the background, while the user is focused on the words that appear on the screen while the actress types. Except that the actress answers are always different, even when the user re-plays the film again. This is because there's a person on the other side of this software, just like it would be if this was a google drive document. The user would expect this to be a typical game or interactive surface, with multiple layers already programmed, therefore, limited. Instead, the user is writing to someone real with our actress face, inside a film that works inside a software.

In the end of the short, the character believes that was hacked, making the user the A.I. in this story. Therefore, the audience becomes the user and also the main character of this story, where I also added the theme of parallel dimensions.
