“Port City’s Most Wanted” is a Super hero film about a detective who hunts down the masked vigilantes in his city. We follow him in his crusade as he tries to apprehend a hero named Blink, and the super villain Grimm, who just so happens to be at large at the same time. He must decide what the real threat is and what’s best for his city.
