Experiencing Interruptions?

Freaked Out

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic,
"Freaked Out" follows the journey of Elena, a talented photographer, as she grapples with the overwhelming fear and isolation brought on by the crisis. Stranded in her home, she becomes consumed by a barrage of conspiracy theories and fake news, a virtual labyrinth of paranoia that slowly begins to erode her sanity.
As the pandemic rages on, Elena's mind unravels further, and her life becomes a series of increasingly bizarre and distressing episodes. She finds herself questioning the very fabric of reality as the boundaries between fact and fiction blur.
However, a glimmer of hope emerges as Elena stumbles upon credible information about the COVID-19 vaccine. It's a pivotal moment of realisation, prompting her to embark on a quest for the vaccine and, more importantly, a path towards regaining her mental stability.
"Freaked Out" is a poignant exploration of the psychological toll of the pandemic, as Elena's journey from fear and paranoia to acceptance and healing mirrors the struggles many faced during this challenging time. Ultimately, the short film underscores the importance of seeking help, embracing science, and the human capacity to overcome even the darkest of crises.
