Dyschronometria
Dyschronometria is a condition which renders one unable to process or perceive the linear flow of time. It is an experiment to simulate a state of temporal discombobulation using handheld footage and playing with the playback direction as well as sound.
The look and feel of this short film is an homage to Darren Arnofosky's "Pi", but I chose a selective color look with ghosting to capture the mood of being confused about the flow of time and the general sense of disorientation.
