Director Statement

While essentially being a ski film, “Luzhba” promotes the message that no matter what circumstances you find yourself in, you should always fight to live in your desired reality.

This documentary was filmed before Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Keeping this in mind, I still wanted to emphasize the devastation the country has caused, by getting a unique perspective through a video call with Anton Lementuev.
