Yoko Ono. The legend in Tver region

How can the name of the avant-garde and mysterious Yoko Ono, John Lennon's muse, be connected with the history of one estate in the Tver region? This fact amazes everyone who hears for the first time – Yoko Ono was “brought up” in Japan, but absorbed music and Russian culture from her aunt Anna Bubnova, originally from the Wolf estate near Staritsa.

Little Yoko Ono was very attracted to her aunt. Anna taught her to play the piano, draw and often talked about Russia, about her native home in Bernovo. Yoko Ono is still convinced that it was Anna Bubnova who instilled in her a sense of beauty. In 2007, Yoko came to Bernovo, the Wolf estate, to understand what subtle components her aunt's life consisted of.

Here the real story ends and the short film begins – a film about the journey through the four seasons of our heroine, who meets musicians, artists, dancers and creators in every place in the Tver region. The Ministry of Tourism of the Tver Region thanks the most talented people of the region for their willingness to take part in the filming and the facilities for their openness!

In the classical interior, the fouette was performed by Ekaterina Nechaeva, a soloist of the Moscow Classical Ballet Theater, winner of the President of the Russian Federation Award for the Support of Talented Youth, winner of the International Ballet Competition in Orlando, USA.
