The animated film "The Last Hero" is a student film. The film is based on the poem of the same name by Valery Smulf. The film follows the adventures of a rat who stayed on a ship during a storm.

Nadezda Syachina was born in Russia in the city of Vyksa, Nizhny Novgorod region.
She is a member of the Union of Russian Artists, the International Association of Designers VATIKAM, the Union of Watercolorists of Russia.
In 2011, she graduated from the All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography named after S. A. Gerasimov (VGIK) with a degree in animation.
From 2014 to 2017, she worked as a chief artist, as well as a developer of children's educational board games in St. Petersburg.
