We still have many issues to ensure real gender equality and justice protection for woman against sex criminals. At this day, thousands of women continue to suffer all kinds of sexist violence worldwide at home.

Mantis emerges from this simple premise:

What would happen if the fear of suffering a sexual crime belonged to the male gender?

This shortfilm narrates the moment in which "Mantis", a serial killer who is convinced that dismember unjustly acquitted rapists is the right thing to do, meets Lucas, her next name on her list.
